Besides Snow and Capitol Officials, I don’t really know. Hah. Maybe the Careers because they grew up into a terrible nature of treating the Hunger Games as a festivity when it’s really inhumane.

I love Rue! I loved her tactic of climbing trees, knowledge of plants, and her love for music.
I don’t blame Katniss for being senile and crazy, but sometimes she can be so tiring in following. Still luh her doe.
