Hi friends!
My band, A Minor Assistance, just digitally released an EP, “The Acceptance of Falling.”
It’s self-produced and free! So take it and share it with people you love. :]

I’ve put off posting this because I didn’t want to fuel the fire that is an album leak. Yeah, I know, talking about file sharing is sooo overdone. But after being asked numerous times over the past week, I…

1.) What do you regret the most?
I regret not having the courage and the balls to say things that I wanted to say and being able to do things that I wanted to do. If I said certain things to people in the past, things may be different. It actually may not be too late to say these things or to even do these things.
So what are these “things” that I wanted to say and be able to do?
I wish I had the courage to say “I love you” to my parents more often. I feel like their imperfections has always driven a rift into our relationship and it feels weird to say it because of that. As I grow older, I become more accepting of it, I try harder in expressing my ideas of change, and most of all, I stay patient.
I also hope to give more time to music because it always has an effect on me, whether it be immense or subtle. I want to be able to have that effect on people because it can be lifesaving. Happy songs make people happy. Songs with depth give people understanding and insight. Emotional songs comfort people and assure them that they’re not alone. I want to write more and not just record covers because the extensions of my mind and my true feelings can only be expressed so much through the songs of other people.
Funny that I regret not doing these things, it’s never too late to improve and accomplish them.
Alrighty. Now that I’m in the writing mood, time to go back to college essays!
